Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Control Center Operator – Level 2 for its San Diego, CA office. The role independently manages routine and moderately complex OCC tasks, coordinating across teams and serving as a technical resource for Level I Operators.

You will apply procedures to generator, POI, inverter, tracker, outage, and switching actions while maintaining safety and compliance. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in control center or renewable energy settings, with strong SCADA, telemetry, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in control center, renewable energy, or utility operations.
• Knowledge of utility-scale renewables, SCADA/control behavior, and telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Own standard events, investigations, planned work, directives, alarms, and coordination through completion.
• Distinguish ownership of conditions and communicate among teams.
• Apply procedures using Fleetview, HMI/SCADA, OpLog, CMMS, and Site Details to progress work.
• Coordinate with technicians, utilities, clients, project teams, SCADA, IT, and HV groups.
