Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Control Account Manager to oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance across sustainment programs for AMMM platforms. You will manage control accounts covering Repairs, Spares, Mod Programs, Provisioning, and 3PL warehousing while ensuring EVMS compliance and mentoring team members.

You will develop status, forecasts, and leadership briefings, aligning with program goals and process improvements. Strong EVM, MS Office, and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in cost, schedule, earned value management, forecasting and logistics.
• Proficiency with MS Office including PivotTables, charts and formatting.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule and technical scope for sustainment control accounts.
• Perform EVM duties including baseline planning and variance tracking.
• Provide financial analyses and forecasts aligned with program goals.
• Develop CEAC statements and deliver leadership briefings.
• Collaborate with product teams across engineering, supply chain, and logistics.
• Mentor teams to develop CAM skills.
