Panamoure Group seeks a Short-Term Purchase Order Support Specialist (3-6 months) to clear a backlog of historic broken or stuck POs within an ERP environment, focusing on BAU PO support and backlog clearance.

The role requires careful handling of production data, adherence to governed processes, and collaboration with finance and systems teams to maximise throughput and provide regular audit-friendly updates.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end PO lifecycle knowledge, with three-way matching and exception handling.
• Proven backlog/transaction resolution in live ERP environments.
• Experience with ticketing/service management tools (TOPdesk or equivalent).
• Attention to financial data quality and governance/compliance.
• Clear, independent communication with regular status updates.

Responsibilities

• Backlog PO remediation to reduce operational backlog.
• Apply PO lifecycle processes including receipting, invoicing and three-way matching.
• Log, triage and manage PO issues using a service/ticketing tool.
• Follow ITIL-governed processes and escalate high-risk items.
• Collaborate with finance and systems teams and provide regular updates.
