Job summary

Pacvue is seeking an Associate Contracts Manager to own our incoming contract workflow from start to finish. You’ll be the go-to person for managing customer contracts from the sales team, applying our framework, and building scalable systems with the Legal, Sales, and Finance teams.

This role demands solid contract law knowledge while staying hands-on with day-to-day execution. You'll review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, maintain the contract management system, create templates, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract management, legal operations, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related field.
• Solid understanding of contract law, risk assessment, and negotiation principles.
• Experience in fast-paced environments balancing efficiency with compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming contracts and assess against standard terms and risk tolerance.
• Identify negotiation needs and modify terms based on framework.
• Conduct negotiations with customers on terms, pricing, and conditions.
• Escalate out-of-framework contracts with clear reasoning and recommendations.
• Maintain contract management system; organize and retrieve agreements.
• Create and implement standardized contract workflows for efficiency.
• Develop and maintain contract templates for different deal types.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
• Design long-term contract management processes and decision guidelines.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, and other departments to refine processes.
