Job summary

Pacvue is seeking an Associate Contracts Manager to own the incoming contract workflow from start to finish. You’ll manage customer contracts from the sales team, make decisions within our framework, and build systems to keep processes running smoothly.

You’ll report to the Sr. Counsel, Commercial & Privacy and collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to scale our contract process as Pacvue grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract management or legal operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong negotiation, risk assessment and contract law knowledge.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming contracts against standard terms and risk tolerance.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and conditions with customers.
• Maintain and organize the contract management system.
• Create standardized contract workflows and templates.
• Escalate out-of-framework contracts with clear rationale.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Finance, and other teams.
