Qualifications

• Two or more years of contract/legal or construction management experience.
• High school diploma required; some higher education preferred.
• Knowledge of current contractual language and negotiation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a 1-year business plan aligned with the corporate strategic plan.
• Reviews, redlines, and negotiates Master Service Agreements, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders.
• Reviews and obtains client insurance certificates per requirements.
• Prepares Owner Controlled Insurance Program enrollments with external administrators.
• Explains contract terminology to clients in plain language.
