Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 3+ years US experience in sales, commercial or contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of general terms in purchase and sale agreements.
• 1+ year experience with contract drafting and customer negotiation.
• 2+ years with DocuSign or similar.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate terms of standard commercial contracts.
• Draft, analyze, summarize and propose redlines to contracts.
• Respond to contract terms in RFPs and communicate policies.
• Educate sales on contract vehicles and risk tolerance.
• Escalate issues to legal counsel when needed.
• Identify and report nonstandard terms for review.
• Support contract workflow in CLMS from request to signature.
