R+L Global Logistics is seeking a Part-Time Contracts Specialist to support the President with contract review, redlining, and execution for transportation services and logistics solutions. You will coordinate with executives, attorneys, and internal teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with Word, PDFs, and DocuSign. Part-time hours and on-site presence in Florida are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor’s in Business or paralegal cert preferred.
• 2+ years in contract admin, review, or legal-support roles; logistics exp preferred.
• Familiarity with freight contracts, broker vs carrier roles, Carmack Amendment.
• Experience with DocuSign and tracking documents.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; document version control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and edit contracts and related documents using templates.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy before routing for approval or signature.
• Perform first-level review of shipper/customer agreements against playbook and risk terms.
• Prepare redlines and issue summaries for President’s review.
