Job summary

R+L Global Logistics is seeking a Part-Time Contracts Specialist to support the President in reviewing, drafting, and organizing contracts for transportation and logistics services. You will perform first-level reviews, flag high-risk terms, and prepare redlines for executive review using approved templates and templates, while coordinating with internal teams.

You will manage DocuSign workflows, maintain contract records, and ensure accurate entity names, MC/DOT numbers, and signature

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related degree or paralegal cert preferred.
• 2+ years in contract administration, contract review, or legal support; logistics/freight experience preferred.
• Experience reviewing shipper, carrier, or vendor agreements in freight brokerage or logistics would be ideal.
• Hands-on DocuSign experience with documents and signatures.
• Proficient in Word and PDF editing with tracking changes and version control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, edit contracts and related documents using templates.
• Review for completeness and accuracy before routing for approval or signature.
• Identify non-standard terms and summarize risk for President review.
• Generate redlines and issue summaries for executive approval.
