Job summary

KOMPAN North America is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to support the review, administration, and ongoing management of customer contracts across the United States and Canada.

This role serves as a key business partner to Sales, Operations, Finance, Bid & Proposal, and Legal by interpreting commercial contract requirements, coordinating internal contract reviews, tracking contractual obligations, and supporting compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and interpreting commercial contracts and identifying key provisions
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional contract review workflows
• Experience managing contract lifecycle activities and compliance tracking

Responsibilities

• Perform first-level reviews of customer contracts to identify commercial, operational, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate internal contract review workflows with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders
• Manage contracts through lifecycle: prequalification, execution, amendments, renewals, and compliance tracking
• Respond to routine contract questions and ensure requirements are communicated across the business
• Review proposals and subcontractor flow-downs for alignment with obligations
• Support project bonding, insurance certificates, and regulatory compliance activities
• Maintain contract records and milestones, renewal deadlines, and tracking systems
• Collaborate to improve contract administration processes and reduce risk
