Job description

KOMPAN North America is seeking a Contracts Administrator (Construction) to support the review, administration, and ongoing management of customer contracts across the United States and Canada. This role serves as a key business partner to Sales, Operations, Finance, Bid & Proposal, and Legal by interpreting commercial contract requirements, coordinating internal contract reviews, tracking contractual obligations, and supporting compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Contracts Admnistrator will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Bid & Proposal, Legal and Sureties to support the review, execution, and administration of customer contracts across North America. This role also supports project bonding, insurance certificates and claims, business licensing, governmental reporting, and other regulatory compliance activities.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable balancing compliance responsibilities with customer‑focused initiatives that support growth. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
