Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for contracts, amendments, terminations, invoicing, and closeouts.
• Negotiate modifications and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Oversee contract tracking in ECMS/Law Manager and other systems.
• Develop and deliver agency-wide contract management training.
• Respond to contract issues and advise on OFM/DES regulations.
