Job summary

Qualifications

• Combination of four years of experience through paralegal credentials or equivalent.
• One year experience as a Paralegal 1 in Washington State Service or related paraprofessional role.
• Litigation and trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general litigation support including discovery and trial prep.
• Draft pleadings, memoranda, affidavits, and correspondence for litigation.
• Monitor cases, research facts, and identify potential witnesses.
• Coordinate meetings between AAG, experts, clients and others; assist with interviews.
• Track trial deadlines, prepare exhibit notebooks, subpoenas, and attend trial.
