Job summary

SEI is seeking an experienced Legal Services Specialist to support a high-volume contract program. You will draft and edit client and vendor agreements, prepare SOWs and NDAs, and coordinate approvals with the legal team and business stakeholders.

In this non-attorney role, you’ll apply strong contract drafting and administration skills, ensure compliance, and improve templates and workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in contract drafting, review, and administration.
• Experience with client and vendor contracts in corporate or financial services is preferred.
• Non-attorney role requiring strong contract principles and governance.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare client and vendor contracts, SOWs, NDAs, and amendments using templates.
• Review contracts, identify issues, and incorporate input from legal team.
• Negotiate terms with internal and external parties within defined parameters.
• Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and approvals.
