  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities

  • Contract Administration: Prepare, review, and process contracts and supporting documentation while ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Document Review: Examine legal and financial documents, verify required information, and identify discrepancies requiring resolution before contract execution.
  • Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process by organizing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Transaction Coordination: Partner with internal departments to facilitate timely contract processing, resolve documentation issues, and track transaction progress.
  • Record Management: Maintain organized electronic files, update internal databases, and ensure documentation is accurately recorded and readily accessible.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with correspondence, document preparation, and other operational tasks that support the contracts function.

Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000/year + bonus

This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing legal and transactional documentation, ensuring accuracy throughout the due diligence process, and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate timely contract execution.
