Schedule: 8AM to 5PM Monday - Friday

We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Contracts Specialist to join our Contracts and Risk Management Department. This professional will play a key role in reviewing and analyzing construction and procurement contracts, identifying risks, and supporting the development of effective mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate will be capable of interfacing with internal and external legal teams, consultants, and project stakeholders, while providing strategic insight to support executive decision‑making.

Ability to visit active construction sites and navigate uneven terrain.
