SHI is seeking a Microsoft Contracts Specialist to negotiate and administer contracts for software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT services. You will ensure adherence to SHI standards, maintain documentation, prepare provisions, and interface with internal teams to finalize terms.

The Microsoft Contracts Specialist is responsible for negotiating and administering contracts related to the resale of software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT services while ensuring adherence to SHI standards. This role involves maintaining documentation, preparing contractual provisions, reviewing agreements for risk, and interfacing with internal departments to negotiate terms. The Microsoft Contracts Specialist will manage high-volume activity, create executive summaries, and analyze contract-related information to support customer-facing teams.
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 which includes a base salary.
The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
