Job summary

You will oversee subcontracts, change orders, risks, and cost control while coordinating with project controls, accounting, and field teams. Qualifications

• Experience with alternative delivery methods or design-build projects.
• Experience working with contractors on complex projects.
• Experience handling claims, negotiation, and resolution.
• Experience negotiating contracts for architecture/engineering projects.
• Preference for candidates in VA/MD/DC area.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and administer subcontracts, change orders, and documentation.
• Monitor risk, develop mitigation plans, participate in monthly reviews.
• Coordinate project accounting, invoicing, and cost reconciliation.
• Support scheduling with project controls and design-team risk identification.
• Lead or assist in dispute resolution and contract close-out.
