HDR, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Manager in Virginia to oversee contract administration on multiple projects.

You will coordinate with project teams, review subcontract documents, and ensure compliance with prime contracts while supporting risk mitigation and change management. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in A/E contracting, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in developing and negotiating architectural/engineering contracts.
• Knowledge of contract administration from procurement to close-out.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

• Lead a project team including schedulers, analysts, and coordinators on contracts.
