Job summary

Responsibilities include drafting and administering contracts, monitoring risk, and supporting project controls and scheduling. Occasional travel up to 50% in the Mid-Atlantic region may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management and administration on architecture/engineering projects.
• Proven ability to draft or review subcontracts and amendments.
• Strong negotiation and risk-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage or coordinate a project team including schedulers, analysts, document control, and project accountants.
• Oversee contract administration to ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Draft subcontracts and administer prime contracts and flow-downs.
• Monitor change orders, claims, warranties, and risk registers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on contract performance.
• Support project controls and scheduling with contractual insights.
• Travel up to 50% as project needs require.
