Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, planning, accounting, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of related work experience, such as state or federal quality assurance or contracting.
• Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work of assigned personnel including assigning and reviewing work, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Oversee and manage contracts, grants, and quality initiatives, including policy/procedure development and contract amendments.
• Serve as a Division intermediary, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful fulfillment of the program’s operational requirements and initiatives.
• Manage internal and external quality assurance, formulating continuous improvement strategies, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal policy.
• Coordinate internal audits, surveys, and data analysis to identify non-compliance issues and align performance with regulations.
