Job summary

Sedaro is seeking a Contracts & Program Operations Manager in Arlington, VA, to unify post-award contract administration and program-support logistics across multiple teams. You will own the master tracker and serve as the daily interface with government points of contact to keep actions moving.

You will coordinate security and access, support pre- and post-award activities, and continuously improve templates and workflows to scale contract operations at a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of U.S. Government contracts administration or program operations.
• Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal contracting practices.
• Hands-on with government contracting systems such as PIEE/WAWF and SAM.gov.
• Experience supporting post-award activities including modifications, options, deliverables, and closeout.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with government and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the master tracker for all open contract and program-support actions with owners, status and deadlines.
• Administer post-award activities: modifications, obligations, deliverables, reporting, records.
