SAIC’s Business Management organization is seeking a Contracts Senior Principal to manage contracts/proposals with various National Security Agencies. The position requires knowledge of the government contracts field and will conduct the preparation, negotiation, acceptance, and management of government contracts to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.This position will be worked out of our Chantilly, VA office with the ability to work from home 2 days a week.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related business discipline and minimum 10 years of experience, Masters Degree and 8 years of experience. 4 additional years can be used in lieu of a degree.
Minimum Active TS/SCI with Poly Clearance.
Candidate must be a US Citizen.
Cost proposal experience is required.
Thorough understanding and wide application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in contract administration.
Full knowledge of industry practices.
Expert knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned contracts, including FAR, DFARS,TINA and CAS.
Effective administrative and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Effective critical thinking skills and ability to assimilate.
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
