Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a cleared Senior Contracts Administrator with experience managing multiple contract types (Firm Fixed Price, Fixed Price Incentive Fee, Cost Plus Fixed Price, Time And Material, etc.). Strong organizational skills needed for maintaining complete and accurate contract files. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated analytic and negotiation skills and contracting knowledge. Candidate must have excellent communication skills (oral and written).

  • Negotiate and administer contracts with various Intelligence Community customers.
  • Work closely and effectively with Program Management Teams to continually evaluate contracts to determine need for modifications or extensions of contracts, and to ensure Program compliance with contractual obligations.
  • The successful candidate should have extensive experience with FAR/DFARS, customer relations, negotiations, approaches for identifying and resolving OCI through avoidance and mitigation plans, and have a solid understanding of Export Control requirements.
  • Candidate will also continually advise and support line of business with new business pursuits and proposal submissions.
  • Experience working with multiple contract types (Firm Fixed Price, Fixed Price Incentive Fee, Cost Plus Fixed Price, Time And Material, etc.).
  • Candidate must have strong organizational skills needed for maintaining complete and accurate contract files.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Candidate will be responsible for ensuring final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations and will maintain all contract communications to ensure timely contract execution by the parties.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS with 8+ years of federal contracts management experience including interpreting and negotiating contracts terms and conditions, writing contract terms and conditions, and composing contracts letters.
  • 12+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Candidate should be able to identify problems and solutions, maintain organized contract files, operate as a team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel locally 10%.
  • TS/SCI security clearance.
Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
