Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Manager to plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for a client to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs.

Our General Managers are capable operations managers who lead a team to provide excellent service to our clients, leveraging knowledge of the client’s business, relationship-building skills, and a focus on safety to make a difference every day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level education preferred in Facilities or Business Management.
• Ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and growing a strong business.
• Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, senior management, and support staff.
• Comfortable reading and implementing contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services and hands-on execution management.
• Manages client and community relationships at the location and develops plans to provide optimal service.
• Builds and leads a management team to carry out organizational objectives.
• Recommends methods and resources for service improvement and growth based on contractual obligations.
• Manages a budget with Finance and assists in designing improvements to optimize financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and Aramark policies.
