Job summary

Pike Industries, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a motivated Office Administrator in Fairfield, ME. The position pays $23.00–$25.00 per hour, with annual increases and PTO. You will support contracts, bidding, invoicing, and overall office operations within a growing construction environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in office management and supporting operations teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related accounting software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Contracts Manager with contract preparation and related documentation.
• Assist in bidding process, including tracking bid advertisements and subcontractor quotes.
• Prepare annual Master Subcontracts and Subcontractor Safety Qualifications; track insurance requirements.
• Generate job-specific work orders and coordinate subcontract approvals with required documentation.
• Prepare and submit bi-weekly subcontractor check runs to Accounts Payable.
• Review billing estimates for quantity discrepancies and process job billings to customers.
• Process subcontract payment sheets and obtain approvals.
• Support office management and operations activities and maintain project files.
