Job summary

Teledyne Microwave Solutions has over 50 years of experience delivering advanced microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for aerospace, defense, and communications. We are seeking a Contracts Manager to manage government and commercial contracts in a fast-paced environment.

You will review RFPs/RFQs, lead price negotiations, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and company policies. Collaboration with Program Managers and pricing teams is essential, as is maintaining ERP MAPICS files.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field is required.
  • 6–8 years of experience in government and commercial contracts is required.
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and government pricing regulations is required.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills are required.
  • Experience with ERP systems (MAPICS preferred) is required.
  • NCMA certification is an advantage.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance is required.

  • Support audits, reporting, and customer reviews with documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and government agencies to meet objectives

Salary Range:

$96,600.00-$128,800.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
