Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the commercial contract management for utility-scale energy projects, including BESS, Solar, Microgrid, and related infrastructure. You will partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Procurement to negotiate and manage complex agreements with developers, EPCs, utilities, and financiers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contract management or legal contracts experience in renewable energy or related industries.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements, liability protections, and risk sharing.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation and review of supply, MSAs, LTSAs, EPC and strategic contracts.
• Collaborate with Legal to negotiate warranties, indemnities and risk protections.
• Manage internal contract approvals and review processes.
• Support contract execution for utility-scale energy projects (BESS, Solar, Microgrid).
• Align contractual commitments with technical and operational requirements.
• Document post-award obligations, milestones, and invoicing needs.
