Key job responsibilities

• Collecting and reviewing inbound agreements to determine whether there are any third party reporting obligations
• Preparing contract abstracts for approval by Amazon MGM Studios attorneys
• Recommending reporting methodology
• Integrating agreements into the company's automated participation accounting applications, translating legal terms into system options
• Analyzing wills, trusts, and other estate and chain-of-title documents
• Drafting buyout agreements and notices of irrevocable authority
• Providing legal research and system-troubleshooting support for financial analysts and clerks

Basic Qualifications
