You will work with production, legal and finance to translate complex contracts into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in business affairs/contracts or television distribution licensing.
• Knowledge of purchase orders and invoice payments.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Quantitative analysis skills.
• Experience in international intellectual property rights licensing in media (preferred).
• Experience working with third-party contractual relationships (record labels, publishers) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with internal production, legal, creative and finance teams and with film production staff to delineate terms and ensure talent payments are made in a timely manner.
• Own corporate approval over development and pre-greenlight spend on various film projects.
• Support administrative needs within the department as needed.
• Manage high volume deal and option entry, tracking and analysis in Rightsline, including various report and grid maintenance.
• Use Airtable for project management, database creation, and workflow automation.
• Act as an internal and external point of contact for deal related questions and inquiries.
