• Requires at least 4 years of contract review experience.

• Advanced prioritization skills and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate customer and vendor contracts.
• Improve contract review and administration processes for efficiency.
• Advise on terms, risk exposure, and compliance with stakeholders.
• Manage a high volume of contracts in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate pre-award activities including RFPs and cross-department inputs.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
