Aging and Adult Services of Coastal Washington (AASCW) seeks a Full-time Contracts Manager based in Sequim, WA or Aberdeen, WA. You will oversee advanced contracts management, including funding allocation and budgeting, to develop contracted services that meet Area Plan, state, and federal obligations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts or social/health sciences, at least six years in administrative planning or community services, and three+ years in government/private

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts or social/health sciences.
• At least six years’ administrative planning or community services experience.
• Minimum six years’ experience in long-term care, aging and disability services.
• At least three years’ experience managing government and private contracts.
• Experience with competitive bidding processes and compliance assessment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee advanced contracts management including funding allocation and budgeting.
• Develop contracted services meeting Area Plan and contract obligations.
• Ensure compliance with fund source requirements and program guidance.
• Conduct public procurement and provider recruitment.
• Negotiate contracts and develop statements of work for contract fulfillment.
• Monitor contractor performance and supervise assigned personnel.
• Travel throughout the AASCW region as required.
