Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and negotiate contracts including templates and semi‑custom agreements for HCLA/DDA.
• Oversee statewide contract management to ensure consistent practices.
• Provide guidance on disputes, corrective action, and terminations with CCLS.
• Coordinate as Key Contract Coordinator between regional staff and CCLS.
• Instruct and support program staff on contract creation and monitoring.
