Job summary

AASCW is seeking a Full-time Contracts Manager to lead complex contracts across Older Americans Act, Home Care, Medicaid and other funded programs. The role covers budgeting, funding allocations, policy development, and public procurement, with regular travel across the AASCW region.

The position reports to Administration and supervises assigned staff. Required are a Bachelor’s degree and at least six years of relevant administrative planning experience, including government contracts, bidding,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts or social/health sciences.
• Minimum six years’ administrative planning experience in human services or community settings.
• Experience managing government and private contracts; conducting competitive bidding.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced contracts management including budgeting, funding allocations, and program development.
• Oversee development of statements of work and contract fulfillment documentation.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with fund source requirements.
• Support agency operations and policies through collaboration with Leadership and Administration teams.
