Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Manager, Contracts (Individual Contributor) in the Advanced Technology Sub Business Unit to join the Airborne Spectrum Dominance Contracts team at the Goleta, CA facility.

Responsibilities include owning contract management across the acquisition life cycle, developing responses to RFPs/BAAs, and negotiating contracts for various structures while interfacing with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience with US Government Contracts under the FAR/DFARS.
• Experience as a contracts lead or leading contracts negotiations.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal.
• Own contract management/administration actions on proposal and contracts across the acquisition life cycle.
• Develop and respond to RFPs/BAAs, negotiate contracts, and manage contractual agreements (CPFF, FFP, FFP-LOE, OTA).
• Interface with customers for correspondence and contractual changes.
