Job summary

IREN is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of capital and operational contracts for data center projects. You will coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and external contractors to ensure contracts are drafted, negotiated, executed, tracked, and archived in line with policy.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of contract coordination or related experience.
• Experience supporting capital or construction projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract fundamentals and commercial terms.
• Experience with legal teams and contract redlining.
• Excellent document control and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Willingness to travel 10% to Kiowa facility.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end contract lifecycle from initiation to close-out.
• Draft contract documents, amendments, change orders, NDAs using approved templates.
• Route contracts through internal approvals (Procurement, Legal, Finance, Risk, Executive).
• Track contract status and ensure timely execution with project schedules.
• Coordinate redlines and negotiations between contractors and stakeholders.
• Maintain centralized contract repository and trackers for capital and operational contracts.
• Support reporting on commitments, expirations, and renewals.
• Manage change orders and amendments with proper approvals.
• Coordinate electronic signatures and monitor renewal windows.
