Job summary

GMAC is seeking an Associate Manager, Corporate Contracts to advise on a broad range of commercial agreements. You will draft, negotiate, and manage contracts across services, licensing, data sharing, and SaaS arrangements, collaborating with internal teams to address issues and ensure compliant execution.

You will help maintain contract templates, support due diligence, and drive process improvements in a hybrid in-office/remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; JD preferred for in-house practice.
• 2+ years in reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating complex contracts.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, hybrid in-office/remote.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate buy-side and sell-side contracts including SAs, licensing, data processing and NDAs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve contract issues and support timely negotiations.
• Use contract management system to track lifecycles, renewals, and amendments.
• Provide risk-based guidance and escalate high-risk matters as needed.
• Maintain records and contribute to template improvements and training.
