Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Contracts Intern in North Dakota to assist with preparing, reviewing, and organizing contract documentation including NDAs, subcontract agreements, modifications, and task orders.

You will support contract data entry, tracking, archival activities, and conduct research on regulatory requirements, contract terms, and industry standards, while contributing to process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of contract management, procurement, or compliance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Scheduled to obtain Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration, Government, Political Science, Supply Chain, or Finance by Spring 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, reviewing, and organizing contract documentation (NDAs, subcontract agreements, modifications, task orders).
• Support contract data entry, tracking, and archival activities in internal systems.
• Research regulatory requirements, contract terms, and industry standards.
• Develop summaries of contract requirements and deliverables; lead a project to optimize internal processes.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to process improvements.
