Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of contract management, procurement, or compliance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration, Government, Political Science, Supply Chain, or Finance field by Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, reviewing, and organizing contract documentation such as NDAs, subcontract agreements, modifications, and task orders.
• Support contract data entry, tracking, and archival activities within internal systems, while also conducting research on regulatory requirements, contract terms, and industry standards.
• Help to develop summaries of contract requirements, deliverables, and lead a strategic project to optimize internal processes and procedures.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and perform other administrative tasks associated with contract files and reporting.
