You will draft, review, and execute contracts, grants, subcontracts, and data-sharing agreements, while maintaining records and ensuring compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, federal government experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and strong communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with the federal government is required.
  • Experience with research organizations is a plus.
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Process contract requests for accuracy and completeness and route for approvals.
  • Draft, review, negotiate and execute contracts, grants, subcontracts and NDAs.
  • Draft and modify contracts: extensions, renewals, close-outs on various contract types.
  • Review supporting documents (SOWs, budgets, payment schedules).
  • Analyze contract terms and communicate key provisions to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with teams for consistency; maintain contractual records and forms.
  • Support development of Contracts and Compliance policies and procedures.
  • Provide audit support and perform additional admin tasks as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
