Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst II to support CDMRP Acquisition Managers and CORs at Fort Detrick, Frederick, MD. The role requires ADP III (IT-III) designation and U.S. citizenship for DoD access.

You will track service contracts, funding, and evaluations, assist with RSCAF documents, and coordinate invoicing and file organization. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Understanding and applying concepts, practices, and procedures of services contract acquisition.
• Monitor funding requirements and disbursements; facilitate approval requests promptly.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track service contracts for deliverables, expiration, and funding issues.
• Assist CORs with quarterly contractor evaluation collection and collation.
• Track contract funding and coordinate redistribution of excess funds.
• Meet with finance staff and notify CORs of funding issues or requirements.
• Assist program managers in developing assumptions for research task orders and RSCAF documents.
• Assist CORs with contract file organization and updates.
• Process contractor invoices and distribute for review and approval.
