Qualifications

• 5+ years of contracts management leadership experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS compliance and government contracting.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; capable of guiding large, geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead and develop a contracting team to align capabilities with business objectives and client needs.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee opportunities, proposals, negotiations, execution, and closeout with regulatory and corporate policy compliance.
• Risk & Compliance: Apply enterprise risk management, mitigate OCI issues, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to senior leadership, program managers, and contracting officers on contractual matters.
• Business Optimization: Drive data rights management and process improvements to enhance performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with legal, program, and client teams on complex programmatic matters.
