Accrete builds Knowledge Engine products for government and enterprise. Accrete.AI Government seeks a senior Contracts Administrator to lead government contracts for services and products, reporting to General Counsel and VP of Business Development.

The role requires 10+ years in federal contracting and active Top Secret with SCI eligibility. You will own the full contract lifecycle, negotiate with COs, review NDAs and teaming agreements, develop risk mitigation, and align contracts with

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience in federal contracting companies.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• In-depth knowledge of federal government contracting and regulations.
• Strong writing and time management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage contract risk.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts function including negotiation, analysis, administration, and compliance.
• Partner with leaders to align contracts with operating goals and financial performance.
• Manage full contract lifecycle from proposal through award, administration, modifications, and closeout.
• Review and negotiate NDAs, teaming/subcontract, vendor, and customer contracts.
• Support PMO with contract modifications and requirements.
• Establish and maintain contract policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with Sales/BD on contract strategy and customer engagement.
• Participate in proposal development and bid reviews to ensure compliance.
• Negotiate with government COs, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop negotiation strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Provide strategic guidance with General Counsel on complex bids, IP, data rights, and overseas support.
• Identify contractual risks and mitigation strategies.
