Job summary

The Institute for Protein Innovation is seeking a results-oriented team member to join its Commercialization group in Boston. This role spans contract management, CRM administration, and business development support, coordinating workflow from intake to execution and maintaining the HubSpot CRM.

You will work across Commercialization, Finance, scientific teams and external partners to clarify responsibilities, timelines and project status, develop reports and dashboards, and help prepare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or life sciences.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the administrative workflow for a variety of contracts and related documents, from intake to execution.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM data, establish processes, and develop reports and dashboards to support planning.
• Support business development activities, meetings, proposals and briefing materials.
• Conduct basic company, market, and industry research to inform opportunities and planning.
• Track milestones and ensure action items are completed on schedule.
