Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as negotiation and transactional agreement experience.
• Practical experience representing financial services industry clients is preferred.
• Strong desire to work collaboratively with the legal team and other groups within the firm.
• A high standard of professionalism in all dealings with internal staff and any external vendors, partners, clients and regulatory agencies.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to identify and implement appropriate solutions.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently to meet/exceed deadlines.
