Job summary

Skanska USA is seeking a dynamic Contracts Coordinator to join our Boston team. This role focuses on the independent preparation and review of subcontracts and related documents, supporting the contracting process for assigned projects.

You will engage in independent decision-making, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks while coordinating with project management and reporting to the Contracts Manager. AAssociates degree and 3–5 years of industry experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of contracts and contract formation.
  • Proven experience with Adobe, SharePoint and MS Office.
  • 3–5 years in related industry experience.
  • Associates degree or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review subcontracts and related documents.
  • Coordinate contracting processes across projects/regions.
  • Interact with internal teams and respond to correspondence per procedures.
  • Work under supervision of Contracts Manager and coordinate with project management.

The purpose of the Contracts Coordinator position is the independent preparation and review of subcontracts and related documents and management of the contracting process in support of assigned projects. This position requires the ability to engage in independent decision‑making through the use of analytical skills, be organized, and pay attention to detail. This position requires the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. The position requires the ability to handle the coordination of tasks that relate to contracts across the Operating Unit region or project (as appropriate) as well as respond to internal and external correspondence following established company procedures. This position reports to and receives direction from the Contracts Manager while coordinating with project management.

Contracts Coordinator Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of contracts and contract formation
  • Proven experience with technology platforms, including Adobe, SharePoint and MS Office
  • 3-5 industry related experience
  • Associates degree
