The Administrative Assistant performs a wide range of administrative duties to support office operations and ensure effective communication within the organization. A primary responsibility of this role is coordinating meeting and event catering, including ordering, delivery, setup, cleanup, payment processing, and vendor communication. The position also supports the office wireless device program through data entry, device tracking, setup, and basic troubleshooting. Additional responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating conference room usage and managing conference room calendars, greeting visitors and clients, answering incoming calls, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and utilizing software applications to complete tasks efficiently. This role includes hands-on office support activities such as setting up and breaking down meeting spaces, receiving and distributing deliveries, stocking office and kitchen supplies, transporting meeting materials throughout the office, and maintaining organized office and project spaces. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while performing other duties as assigned.
