Job summary

Redbock - an NES Fircroft company seeks a Contracts Consultant to manage and negotiate clinical study site contracts and related site payments. This remote role requires proficiency in Word, with Medidata experience a plus, and a solid life sciences background.

The incumbent will handle contract negotiations, coordinate with sites and internal teams, and ensure accurate processing of site payments in collaboration with accounting. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant life sciences industry experience.
• 3 years of clinical site contract negotiation and site payment experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or related field.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clinical trial sites.
• Communicate with study sites, business, clinical operations and legal teams.
• Cross-reference contracts for site payments and process payments with accounting.
• Other duties as required.

CONTRACTS CONSULTANT (12+ Month Contract)

SUMMARY:

Consultant needed for managing, negotiating and processing clinical study site contracts, and related site payments

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contract negotiations for terms and conditions related to clinical trial sites
• Related written and verbal communications with study sites, business, clinical operations and legal personnel
• Cross referencing contracts for terms and conditions related to site payments, and processing site payments in conjunction with accounting personnel
• Other duties, as required

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years of relevant life sciences industry experience
• 3 years of clinical site contract negotiation and site payment experience
• Solid overall understanding of clinical trial execution and study site involvement
• High-proficiency in Microsoft Word, including tracking document changes and proposed changes. Medidata experience is a plus
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree
