Job summary

Redbock - an NES Fircroft company is seeking a Consultant to manage, negotiate, and process contracts for clinical trial sites and related payments. The role is remote and requires collaboration with study sites and internal teams.

You will bring at least five years in life sciences, with three in site contract negotiation, and a solid understanding of trial operations. Proficiency in MS Word and Medidata is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of life sciences industry experience
• 3 years of clinical site contract negotiation and site payment experience
• Solid understanding of clinical trial execution and study site involvement
• Proficiency in MS Word including tracked changes
• Medidata experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms and conditions related to clinical trial site contracts
• Communicate with study sites, business, program management and legal personnel
• Cross-reference contracts for terms and conditions related to site payments and process site payments with accounting
• Other duties as required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contract negotiations for terms and conditions related to clinical trial sites
• Related written and verbal communications with study sites, business, program management, clinical operations and legal personnel
• Cross referencing contracts for terms and conditions related to site payments, and processing site payments in conjunction with accounting personnel
• Other duties, as required

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years of relevant life sciences industry experience
• 3 years of clinical site contract negotiation and site payment experience
• Solid overall understanding of clinical trial execution and study site involvement
• High-proficiency in Microsoft Word, including tracking document changes and proposed changes. Medidata experience is a plus
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree
