The role collaborates with sales and internal partners to finalize compliant contracts and may involve other duties as needed. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, at least two years of related experience, and a working knowledge of contract law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least two years of related experience and/or training.
• Paralegal certificate and corporate legal department experience a plus.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial agreements and draft revisions to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Identify areas of risk or non-compliant terms in agreements per corporate parameters.
• Present and explain contract conditions and rationale for modifications to business partners.
• Collaborate with sales and internal partners to reach compliant agreements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with external customers.
• Maintain digital systems of contracts, related documents, and records.
• Stay aware of contract law and regulatory changes affecting the process.
• Provide support to Corporate Counsel and legal department as needed.
